Thanks, Anna. I’m one of those who is downright shocked and saddened that the featured pieces seems to have gone so far from the original diversity I found on (POC seem to be relegated to non-featured status by my count) medium.

I haven’t yet left, but it does make me wonder why this is.

Medium Staff is this a conscious choice? Are you making any efforts to improve diversity on this site? Why not?
